The event happened on the 14th of June 2020. This event might end out with just as it did in 1840, where the British and Maori signed the treaty of Waitangi. But in this case, there may be a treat signed by the whole world.

The people protesting thought that it wasn’t fair that they have to acknowledge someone who was at war with their country, the amount of Maori’s that died must’ve made the Maori mad and think it isn’t fair to name a suburb after him.
